The quintessential entrepreneur, Adam Anastasi brings depth and understanding of the restaurant business to Old Towne Grill. Adam’s serial entrepreneurialism has led him to start several businesses, including a landscaping company and real estate/mortgage firm. He started in the restaurant industry 21 years ago, has opened several restaurants as a General Manager, and has worked with a number of corporate restaurants such as P.F. Changs, Chart House, Mimi’s Café, and Bennigans. It was Adam’s leadership and vision that brought this California-based team to beautiful downtown Provo to start Old Towne Grill.
Joshua Copeland brings 19 years of business ownership and entrepreneurism to Old Towne Grill, with a focus on construction, design, and strategic planning/vision. For the last 8 years, Josh built and ran Soul Construction Inc. on Kauai, Hawaii, an organization that was included on Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing companies in 2010, with over 300% growth. Josh puts his leadership and business expertise to work to add energy and strong execution to Old Towne Grill.
Chef Victor Sandoval started his first business at the age of 7, selling fresh produce from his father’s farm. Chef Sandoval blends his 20 years experience in the restaurant industry, his innate entrepreneurialism and a passion for cooking. His creative spirit, determination and passion drove him to become chef and manager under the guidance of prestigious French Chef Alain Fornie and Italian chef Antonino Di la Rosa. He has owned and operated his own restaurant and catering company, and has served as Executive Chef and Culinary Partner of PF Chang’s and BJ’s restaurants. Chef Sandoval lives his dream of sharing his inspirations and passions in each dish he creates.
